Getting help with your exports and reports
There are many resources available for you to get help with your Amazon Billing and Cost Management, Amazon Data Exports, and Amazon Cost and Usage Reports questions.
Amazon Knowledge Center
: This is the quickest way to find answers to questions about your exports and reports. We recommend you start here. Account and billing support: If you're an Amazon account owner, you have access to account and billing support free of charge. Only personalized technical support requires a support plan. For more information, visit Amazon Web Services Support
. Open a support case: You can contact Amazon Web Services Support and open a support case for your inquiry. This is the most direct method for communicating with Amazon Web Services Support. Amazon Web Services Support does not publish a direct phone number to reach representatives, but instead will call you through the following procedure.
Note
To open an Amazon Web Services Support case and specify Regarding: Account and Billing Support, you must either be signed into Amazon as the root account owner, or have IAM permissions to open a support case. For more information, see Getting started with Amazon Web Services Support in the Amazon Web Services Support User Guide.
If you have closed your Amazon account, you can still sign in to Amazon Web Services Support and view past bills.
To contact Amazon Web Services Support

Sign in and navigate to Amazon Web Services Support Center
. Choose Create case.
On the Create case page, select Account and billing and fill in the required fields on the form.

Choose Next step: Additional information.

On the Additional information page, for Subject, enter a title about your issue.

For Description, describe your question or issue in detail.

(Optional) Choose Attach files to add any relevant files to your case, such as error logs or screenshots. You can attach up to three files. Each file can be up to 5 MB.

Choose Next step: Solve now or contact us.

On the Contact us page, choose your preferred language.
Choose your preferred contact method. You can choose one of the following options:

Web: Receive a reply in Support Center.

Phone: Receive a phone call from an Amazon Web Services Support representative.
Note
Instant messaging support is not available for billing inquiries.

Review your case details and then choose Submit. Your case ID number and summary appear.
