更改 Amazon Web Services Support 计划

您可以使用 Amazon Web Services Support 计划控制台来更改您的支持计划 Amazon Web Services 账户。要更改您的支持计划，您必须拥有 Amazon Identity and Access Management (IAM) 权限或以 root 用户身份登录您的账户。有关更多信息，请参阅管理对 Amazon Web Services Support 套餐的访问权限 和AmazonAmazon Web Services Support 套餐的托管策略。

更改您的支持计划

  1. 在计划 https://console.aws.amazon.com/support//主页登录 Amazon Web Services Support 计划控制台。

  2. （可选）在 Amazon Web Services Support Plans 页面，比较支持计划。有关定价的更多信息，请参阅定价详细信息页面。

  3. （可选）在 Amazon Web Services Support 定价示例下，选择查看示例，然后选择其中一个支持计划选项以查看预估成本。

  4. 您决定计划时，为您需要的计划选择 Review downgrade（查看降级）或 Review upgrade（查看升级）。

    备注

    • 如果您注册了付费支持计划，则需要至少订阅一个月的 Amazon Web Services Support。有关更多信息，请参阅 Amazon Web Services Support FAQs。

    • 如果您拥有 Enterprise On-Ramp 或 Enterprise Support 计划，在 Change plan confirmation（更改计划确认）对话框上，联系 Amazon Web Services Support 以更改您的支持计划。

  5. 在 Change plan confirmation（更改计划确认）对话框中，您可以展开支持项目以查看要在帐户中添加或删除的功能。

    在 Pricing（定价）下，您可以查看新支持计划的预计一次性费用。

  6. 选择 Accept and agree（接受并同意）。
